Difficulties in Learning

I have read this title from book of "Kesulitan Dalam Belajar". This book had already wrote by Professor of Education in Indonesia ( I can't tell his name). His said, the difficulties in learning is happen on child's.

Every child on essentially need supervise to help them from it difficult, despite how difficult it to guides children in learning. The difficulties in learning especially depend on brain dysfunction, psychology, end environment background. So it is naturally when a child difficult in learning.

But what about adult people sit on government official, where they don't want to behave honestly. They very difficult in learning how to be a honestly people. While they include people who have experienced education. We all believe they had learn since child. So we think, the difficulties in learning is not happen on child but on adult.
